At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your apparel within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and protective seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
